legislation gets teeth

Town - The Tobacco Products Control discount
cigarettes Amendment Bill which will be published
in the Government Gazette on Friday brings South Africa into line
with new international conventions, strengthens tobacco control and
promotes health, says the National Council Against Smoking dute

council said the Bill contained many vital public health provisions
